We gladly accept Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations on most items.
For Cancellations, please submit your request within 2 hours of your purchase. Cancellation requests made after 2 hours are not guaranteed.
For Returns/Exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with a photograph of the item. I will pursue a claim against USPS, and will replace or refund you for the broken item. There is no refund/replacement policy for damaged items after 30 days.
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
